Description de fonction
- The organisation and follow-up of the installation and commissioning with technical support
- The training of the nursing team, ergo, physiotherapist; training for the quality manager
- The follow-up of the use of the solution with teams and management
- The integration of the solution with existing IT systems
- The Presentation and training on the new features
- The collection of feedback and requests to feed the development of the roadmap

- You are fluent in French or Dutch or German.
- You have experience in a similar function (Customer Success Manager, Account Manager)
- You have proven sales skills & methodologies
- You have advanced knowledge in IoT technologies (IP network, cloud, sensors) and MS office
- You’re a team player
- You are open minded, creative and solution oriented
- You love being on the field with customers
- You’re passionate about new technologies and improving care quality
