For an American technical company with seats all over the world, we are looking for a customer care administrator.
You main tasks are:
- receive and process all incoming and outgoing customer communication
- ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers
- process customer quotations and orders
- provide delivery commitment to customers and follow up on order activity
- receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, through an efficient, prompt and friendly communication with the aim of maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- establish key communication link between customer and internal departments (sales, logistics, finance…) in order to keep all involved parties aware of customer activities.
Wat zoeken we?
- You have a higher education with an administrative and/or commercial orientation.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in administration/customer service/logistics.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages. Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and CRM is an asset.
- You have strong communication and administration skills and you are a fast learner.
- Flexibility, ability to multi-task and ability to manage time in an effective way.
- You are fluent in English (native level) and French (very high level), other languages are an asset.
