For one of our customers who has a warehouse in Lot, in Brussels, we are looking for an administrative assistant who is willing to take on various tasks. You will be responsible for the reception of the drivers, the customers and all other people who will enter the warehouse. You will also be responsible for all the documents: the order forms, the documents of the drivers... You will also have to answer phones and answer emails. The company is the number one in e-commerce in the Benelux and therefore has an online webshop where they sell clothes, shoes and other products of major brands.
