For a company located in Mechelen we are looking for a Car Fleet Officer (temporary). You will join their dynamic Corporate Operations Management Team for a period of 6-9 months (until sept 2021) and you will support them by taking care of their car fleet administrative processes across 10 European countries.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Direct contact with all drivers across 10 European countries, following up on urgent incidents and cases, answering questions via phone and e-mail, and handling drivers' requests
  • Direct contact with suppliers and managing car administration topics (orders, fuel management, mileage analysis, fine management, etc.)
  • Accident management, car safety projects, and improvement of car policies
  • Following up on e-mails,checking invoices, etc.
  • General team support, where needed

Wat zoeken we?

  • First working experience in a relevantposition (e.g. fleet management/administration)is required
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Clear communication and good time management skills
  • Knowledge of English(Business Proficiency)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Open to work for a temporary period of 6-9 months (maternity cover)
