Our client is a global company providing fastening technologies for automotive and other markets.
For this company we are looking for a customer care coordinator to support the branch in Genk.
In the role of customer service specialist you support the Key Account Managers in their daily work.
Your tasks are amongst others:
- Sales administration and master data management
- Define and coordinate improvement projects and processes
- Support customers with accurate information on order statuses
- Handling of Purchase Orders.
Wat zoeken we?
Our ideal candidate has:
Master or bachelor degree or equal by experience
Similar experience in sales support or customer service
Analytical capacity, customer focus & good communication skills
Team player & ability to work independently
Used to working with deadlines & flexible mind-set
Experience with ERP package
Good knowledge of Dutch and English (written and verbal)
Experience with a CRM tool such as SalesForce is a plus
Technical interest is required, mechanical or material knowledge is a plus
