For a company located in Mechelen we are looking for an HR Admin Support. You will join their dynamic HR Team and you will support them with their administrative tasks.
- HR administration: entering and updating employee data in our system, following-up on e-mails, tracking COVID measures in 10 European countries, etc.
- Recruitment administration: uploading CV's, sending tests, sourcing candidates online, managing job postings, etc.
- General team support, where needed
Wat zoeken we?
- First working experience in an administrative position is required
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Clear communication and good time management skills
- Knowledge of English (Business Proficiency)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Open to work for a temporary period of 3 months
