Wat zal je job inhouden?
The HR offer supports the HR team in a variety of administrative tasks and is the first point of contact for staff within our organization.
- You are responsible for processing changes, such as entry and exit from employment, fines, declarations and contract changes in the system. When processing the mutations, you check the consequences that the mutations have on any other employment conditions.
- You are the first source of information for employees with HR questions. Depending on the complexity of the issues, you can answer these independently or consult the HR manager.
- You provide administrative and organizational support in the field of Recruitment & Selection, including maintaining contacts with selected employment agencies.
- You will also support the onboarding of new hires, entry and exit interviews the training and development plans and providing HR KPIs and analysis.
