Wat zal je job inhouden?
In scope of the deployment of fibre network you will support the team that initiates and coordinates the network migrations on both technical and administrative side.
The new person is assumed to support with following responsibilities:
- Answer to business customers per mail & per telephone, analyse their needs & finding solutions for them;
- Ensure the correct dispatching to the various technical departments;
- Manipulate several IT platforms very fast in order to identify & solves issues very rapidly;
- Ensure a good follow-up of the interventions in the field
- Make administration and reportiong
- Propose improvement solutions in case needed
- Escalate issues and report recurring problems
Wat zoeken we?
Degree & Experience:
- technical education in higher education or equivalent experience
- either work experience in telecom or ICT industry
- general ICT Knowledge
