Wat zal je job inhouden?
Administratively support the Executive Committee and the HR department
Support to various other departments (Sales, Product Management ao) on ad hoc basis
Attend various meetings (Executive Committee, European Sales Meetings, etc.), write and distribute the minutes of the meetings
Organize accommodation and flights for the various trips of the EC Members
Collect and follow up necessary signatures on various documents, and to ensure they are delivered correctly to the concerned party/parties and filed correctly
Incorporate requested or received information in reports, presentations, and provide it to the relevant people
Manage different agendas and long-term schedules in an efficient and coordinated way
Manage pool cars on site and other administrative, HR related tasks
Answer phones, e-mails, and daily post
Preparation and Approval of various requests in related software systems (management of SAP Purchase request/invoices, Travel expense reports, Pro-time registrations)
Ordering of supplies (e.g., for board meeting room, office)
Wat zoeken we?
Professional bachelor’s in office management, or equal to experience of 3 to 5 years
Proficient communication skills in Dutch and English, French and German are a plus
Well-organized, loyal, accurate, discrete, and reliable
MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills are required
