What will your day look like?

As an HR-associate, you will ensure a smooth start-up of new payroll-files. You will set up the payroll structure in Prisma based on input provided by the employer. You will also assist employers with questions regarding their salary calculation. You will also provide help the legal department, assisting them in questions regarding belgian social and labour law. Next to this you will also:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and networks
  • Work closely with the legal, payroll and business developement departement - You have a pivotal role within the company
  • Process the payroll yourself (in the beginning)
