For a company located in Mechelen we are looking for a Car Fleet Officer (temporary). You will join their dynamic Corporate Operations Management Team for a period of 3-6 months and you will support them by taking care of their car fleet administrative processes across 10 European countries.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Direct contact with all drivers across 10 European countries, following up on urgent incidents and cases, answering questions via phone and e-mail, and handling drivers' requests
- Direct contact with suppliers and managing car administration topics (orders, fuel management, mileage analysis, fine management, etc.)
- Accident management, car safety projects, and improvement of car policies
- Following up on e-mails,checking invoices, etc.
- General team support, where needed
Wat zoeken we?
- First working experience in a relevantposition (e.g. fleet management/administration)is required
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Clear communication and good time management skills
- Knowledge of English(Business Proficiency)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Open to work for a temporary period of 3-6 months (maternity cover)
