Our client operates a global network of production facilities and distribution centers and is seeking a proactive individual to play a key role in the self-billing processes for truck carriers.

What will you be doing as a Freight Invoicing Coordinator?

  • Communicating with truck carriers to review shipment costs before invoicing and following up as needed.
  • Inform truck carriers on the "freight self-billing process" and monitoring their invoicing.
  • Taking the initiative to continuously enhance and optimize existing processes.
  • Identifying and developing opportunities to expand our range of services.

As a Freight Invoicing Coordinator, we're looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Interest in transportation and supply chain management.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
  • Over 2 years of experience in a coordinating role.
  • Eager to learn and a curious mindset.
  • Strong team player.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
