What will your day look like as an office assistant?

  • Daily AP booking into SAP systems.
  • Point of contact for all suppliers.
  • Weekly AR/AP report overview.
  • Monthly bank statement processing.
  • Cover the reception during office hours.
  • Travel/ event organization management.
  • Assist with quarter regional news.

What do we expect from you?

As an office assistant, you are fluent in English and have a minmum of 1 year experience in SAP.
We expect you to have an advanced level of Excel en be good and precise with numbers in general.
Also an enterprenaural spirit who isn't afraid to take charge of things is expected.
A background in accounting and knowledge of French are an advantage, not a must.
