We're seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for high-profile customer accounts in various industries but with a focus on pharmaceutical clients.
This role involves managing client programs, ensuring quality compliance, and facilitating communication between internal and external teams.
Essential Responsibilities and Deliverables as an Project manager
Daily tactical, operational management of the account activities:
Coordinate implementation of new projects:
Establish a trusted partner relationship with the client services teams
Provide clear and concise documentation of all tactical program management activity including daily weekly, and monthly metrics for the client.
Monitor program activity to ensure quality processes, procedures and client commitments are being followed and achieved.
Identify solutions for best practices, new technologies, and improved performance.
Manage escalated issues from initial observation through communication of resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing Technology, IT, Warehouse, Finance and Client Services to meet client expectations and requirements.
