Maintenance Technician

For the maintenance department of our client located in Grimbergen we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to work in the rotating shift (6h-14h and 14h-22h).

This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to repair requests.

Your main tasks as a Maintenance Technician:

• Ensure that the automated systems are maintained and repaired if necessary
• Maintenance and repair of lift trucks
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance work on all kinds of installations
• Maintain the order pickers, reach trucks and combi trucks

The Maintenance Technican we are looking for has the following qualities:

• Has an engineering background
• Can work rotating shifts (6h-14h and 14h-22h)
• Is hands-on and dynamic
• Is precise and result-oriented
• Take initiative and responsibility
• Is a team player, but can also work independently
• Has preferably experience with welding
• Good command of English. Dutch is a plus.

• Salary of €20,49 / hour
• shift premiums of 10% (rotation)
