Credit risk analyst

As a Credit Risk Analyst, you’ll be responsible for evaluating and monitoring credit risk across a diverse customer portfolio. You ensure decisions align with group policies while staying close to local market dynamics. You sit right at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Apply and safeguard group credit policies and local procedures
• Analyze creditworthiness and provide recommendations within your authority level
• Monitor and manage a portfolio of customers (limits, overdues, risk exposure)
• Track, optimize, and benchmark KPIs against targets and market standards
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders (Operations & Group Credit)
• Prepare and present clear, well-founded credit assessments
• Detect trends and risks at both macro and micro-economic level

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree + 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong command of English
• Analytical mindset with a good understanding of economic cycles
• Experience in credit assessment and risk evaluation
• Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel) and IT tools
• Knowledge of SAP? Big plus
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder awareness
• Solution-oriented and quick to adapt to new processes
