Wat zal je job inhouden?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Administrative Support professional to join our clients team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruitment processes and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through online job portals.
  • Managing and maintaining online job postings.
  • Uploading CVs into the candidate tracking system.
  • Sending, monitoring and uploading assessments and tests.
  • Supporting phone interviews when there is an internal need.
  • Providing general administrative and team support where required.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Clear communication skills and strong time management abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • First working experience in an administrative-focused position, experience in recruitment is a strong plus.
  • Business-level proficiency in English and one of following languages; Hungarian, Czech, Polish, Romanian, German, French, or Dutch.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically in Excel.
  • Willing to take on a temporary assignment of at least 6 months, with a possible extension up to 18 months.
