Sales assistant

The Sales Assistant supports the Sales & Tendering team in the preparation and coordination of offers and prequalification files.
You ensures smooth administrative and organizational support throughout the tendering process;

• Assist in the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), prequalification files, and proposals
• Coordinate document exchanges with partners and subcontractors
• Maintain dashboards and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce...)
• Organize meetings (Go/No-Go, kick-off, offer reviews)
• Support the standardization and organization of reference documents, CVs, templates, and administrative files.
• Handle document reproduction, registration, dispatch, and archiving.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders

For our client, an international engineering and consulting firm specializing in sustainable energy and infrastructure, we are urgently looking for a Sales Assistant!

You recognize yourself in following aspects as a sales assistant:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Business)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ever worked in Public Market? This is considered a big plus!
• Immediately available
