Maintenance Technician

For the maintenance department of our client located in Grimbergen, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to work rotating shifts (6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).

This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to repair requests.

Your main responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician:

• Maintain and repair automated systems as needed
• Perform maintenance and repairs on lift trucks
• Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on all equipment and installations
• Service and maintain order pickers, reach trucks, and combi trucks

The Maintenance Technician we are looking for possesses the following qualities:

• Engineering background
• Ability to work rotating shifts (6h-14h and 14h-22h)
• Hands-on and dynamic approach
• Precision and results-oriented mindset
• Takes initiative and assumes responsibility
• Team player who can also work independently
• Preferably experienced in welding
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

• Salary: €20.49 per hour
• Shift premiums of 10% (rotating shifts)
