For an international company, located in Mechelen, we are looking for an HR administrator. Within this function, you will join a dynamic and international HR team and you will get an overview of the HR process.
Your responsibilities as an HR administrator:
- Preparing HR documents such as employment certificates, contracts of employment, promotion/salary letters...
- Coordinating the onboarding of new employees
- Owner of templates and flows
- PoC for social legal questions
- Project handling and implementation of improvements that support the growth of the company

Wat zoeken we?
The HR administrator we are looking for has the following skills:
- Min. 1 year of experience in an HR position is required
- Great knowledge of English? Any other language could be a big plus!
- Talented user of Microsoft Office (Excel!)
- Ability to switch between various administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Understanding of the importance of neutrality and rules within this position, as well as confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Analytical mindset and a high level of ownership
